Once you have registered for a workshop you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please check your junk or spam folder for this email. If you have not received the email please contact us.
Please note the workshop dates you have registered for on your personal calendar as we do not phone or email you to remind you.
Refunds for online sessions will not be issued due to technical difficulties with your equipment.
We are unable to accommodate children during training.
Workshop Cancellations
Requests for workshop cancellations must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date. Cancellation requests received before this deadline will receive a workshop credit to be used towards future workshops at Child Care Options CCRR or a refund. You can also send a substitute in your place. Please call our office to inform of the substitution.
Course Cancellations
Requests for course cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled course start date. Cancellation requests received before the 72 hour deadline will receive a cheque for the amount of the course minus a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellation requests received after this deadline will be issued a workshop credit for the amount of the course minus a $25.00 administration fee. The workshop credit can be used towards future courses and workshops at Child Care Options CCRR.
