Course Cancellations

Requests for course cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled course start date. Cancellation requests made prior to deadline will receive a cheque for the amount of the course minus a $25.00 administration fee. Cancellation requests made less than 72 hours prior to the course start date will be given a credit voucher for the amount of the course minus a $25.00 administration fee. The credit voucher can be used towards future courses and workshops at Child Care Options.

Workshop Cancellations

Requests for workshop cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop date.  Cancellation requests made before the deadline will receive a credit voucher good for future workshops at Child Care Options. No refunds will be issued. We are unable to accommodate children during a workshop or course.
