Regular Full-time Early Childhood Educator
Reach Early Learning Centre (South Delta) is a non-profit centre of excellence in early learning. Our full day childcare centre is for children 3 -5 years of age and located in the heart of Ladner in Delta, B.C.
We are excited to offer full-time employment for licensed Early Childhood Educators to join our team.

This posting is for regular full-time positions, with shifts assigned based on the program scheduling needs.
Centre hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Position Location: 5050 47th Ave, Delta, B.C.

What you will need:
- Available for full-time hours (35 hours/ week to 36.25 hours per week)
- ECE Certificate is required, Post Basic ECE Special Needs Citation is preferred
- Minimum of two years of working experience
- Experience working in an inclusive program
- Knowledge and understanding of the B.C. Early Learning Framework
Key Responsibilities include:
- Program planning and implementation of the daily curriculum to include indoor/outdoor, active/quiet and individual and group activities.
- Work collaboratively with families, teachers and therapists to ensure the effective inclusion of all children and their families
- Ensure that individual assessment plans are implemented and monitored
- Ensure that all communications and interactions with families display respect for cultural diversity and differing family stylee
- Keep abreast of current trends and information in the Early Childhood Education field
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Coordinator, consultants and therapists as needed

Job Type: Regular Full-time
Pay: $21.40 per hour plus B.C. Wage Enhancement is available
Hours per week: 35 hours per week – 36.25 hours per week
