This workshop for School-Age children is an engaging, hands-on experience designed to empower caregivers and educators with practical strategies for fostering respectful, collaborative relationships with children aged 6 to 12. Through interactive activities, group discussions, and real-life scenarios, participants explore techniques such as cocreating rules, emotional coaching, and problem-solving with children. The workshop emphasizes the importance of empathy, consistency, and shared decision-making, helping adults guide behavior in ways that build trust and independence. By the end, attendees leave with a toolkit of actionable ideas to support children’s growth, resilience, and sense of belonging—both at home and in the classroom.
