Community Resource Application

All submissions will be considered based on the criteria of appropriateness and uniqueness of services. Selected community resources receive one 8-foot table with two chairs. Saturday morning snacks and lunches can be purchased for $45.00 per person. A door prize donation with a minimum value of $30.00 is required. Application deadline is September 19, 2026, for our 2027 conference. We will notify successful applicants by October 30, 2026 and will provide payment instructions at that time.
