“Aansaamb aen kiskayhtaamaahk – Learning Together” (Heritage Michif, translated by Norman Fleury) is a professional learning guide, resource kit and a professional development workshop intended to support early learning and child care professionals to integrate Métis content in early years programming. The workshop provides additional opportunities to support incorporating Métis specific teachings within early learning programming, promoting learning environments in which Métis culture is recognized and celebrated.

Presenter: Larissa Torisselli Fonseca

With more than 10 years of experience in early childhood education, Larissa Torisselli Fonseca combines hands-on practice with strong academic training. She holds IT/ECE and educational psychology certifications, as well as a Master of Business Administration, and currently serves as a Child Care Navigator for Region 2 of Métis Nation British Columbia.
