Merinda is currently reading this great book about the importance of spending time outdoors. It’s a beautifully written reminder that even while we experience colder weather, we can dress for the season and take advantage of the benefits of spending time with children outside. Merinda especially enjoyed the Scandinavian Mother’s ‘Get Up and Go Outside’ Manifesto offered at the end of the book
