3 cups of flour
3 cups of water (include your colouring agent in this measurement)
1 cup salt
6 tsp cream of tartar
6 tbsp vegetable oil
Combine ingredients in a pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the mixture starts to clump, stir a bit more, then remove from pot and knead. Let the playdough cool off and play!
