In this workshop, participants will be introduced to trauma-sensitive and resilience-informed practice, and how it can be applied in the early years setting. This is an interactive workshop as participants are guided through movement to understand how the body may respond to distress, and given practical techniques based in movement and mindfulness that can help minimize these responses. Leave with an action plan for ways to modify your teaching practice in order to create a supportive and caring early learning environment.
