Coaching Leaders: Reportable Incidents and Complaints

Coaching Leaders aims to empower early childhood program leaders to gain confidence in their skillsets, improving the quality of their programs, and supporting positive relationships with families and
staff. This workshop has been created and delivered by Licensing Officers.

This workshop will cover two modules taken from the program:
• Reportable Incidents: Why and how we report and their importance.
• Complaints: How to take a leadership role in responding to all complaints.
