This interactive workshop focuses on how we can be proactive and integrate rapport, guidelines, boundaries, and flexibility into our program design and our interactions. We’ll discuss different case scenarios as presented by participants. The workshop is geared towards those supporting children ages 4 and up.

Presenter: Katy Bigsby, M.Ed.

Katy holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and brings a wealth of experience as an educator, social worker, and most recently as an educational consultant working with schools and community organizations. Katy works to build rapport and facilitate creative, meaningful learning experiences for all learners, with a focus on those with notable challenging behavioural, social, and emotional needs.
