According to the revised BC Early Learning Framework it is our responsibility to support the children’s identities, social responsibility, and diversity. In this workshop we will explore ways to enhance interacting positively and respectfully, identity formation and self esteem within your programs.
We will also discuss why identity is so very important and its impact on the child now and later in life. Be prepared to explore your own identity and how you impact the lives of the children you serve.
