The first part of this workshop will include mindfulness games and methods for children that support awareness of body, thoughts and emotions.  These techniques can help improve focus, emotional regulation, resilience and a sense of kindness for oneself as well as others.

The second half is just for you!  We will give you soothing ways for you to nurture yourself including a gentle guided meditation (no previous experience necessary).  Participants will also be gifted a recorded meditation, sent via email, to revisit time and again.

Come away with tools that promote well-being for your inner child and for the children you care for!

– This workshop will be held online through the Zoom platform.
– You will need access to a smartphone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and audio capabilities to join us.
– A link will be emailed to you in the days prior to the workshop.. Please click the link ten minutes before the workshop begins to join in. Further instructions will be included in the email.
– For safety reasons we will be locking the meeting at 6:45 pm, so please arrive early or on time to ensure you get in.
