In this workshop, we will look through how the daily events in the classroom contribute to the educator’s ability to manage and the children’s capacity for independence and leadership. We will discuss about flexibility in routines and encouraging freedom within limits as we provide opportunities for children to lead and take initiative. We also will review the value of routines, how to put them together and the power they have to transform the every day.
