    August 13, 2020
    7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
How are we meant to care for our kids when we are faced with challenging times? What can we do with our and our children’s frustration and anxiety? How do we deal with their clingy and attention-seeking behaviour, as well as their questions of “what are we going to do today?” Come join Dr. MacNamara as we discuss the new realities of caring for our children and how to help them with their emotions, while trying to preserve ours at the same time.

Presenter: Dr. Deborah MacNamara
