The COVID-19 pandemic has created major shifts in the lives of children, families and caregivers across the province. These shifts have not only been stressful but have created a state of uncertainty and anxiety for many. Caregivers working in child care programs have also needed to change policies, limit the number of spaces and in some cases shut down due to financial hardship. In this workshop caregivers can share coping strategies while at the same time find strength to support and empower each other.
