Children crave structure! However, it isn’t just about setting up the daily routines throughout the classroom but also about teaching children about how to act, react and respond appropriately and positively. Boundaries are the backbone to setting children up for success! Knowing what to expect and how it’s going to feel is critical for a child to learn. It allows opportunities to build on the important skills of self-regulation which is when a child decides if something is good or bad, right or wrong, to act or not as well as how to feel through all of these situations.
This workshop is designed for people who want to increase harmony between the relationships in their centers and decrease the amount of anxiety, intensity and negative behaviour that may be occurring.
This workshop will include a framework to discover areas that may need more structure, to create boundaries of any kind as well as ways to reinforce the boundaries on a daily basis to ensure long term success.
