Justice Education Society (JES) is offering a law related workshop focused on BC human rights for employees. This will encourage familiarity with recognizing discrimination and encouraging inclusive workplaces.
This session will provide an overview of how the BC laws protect employees from discrimination and harassment. During the session we’ll discuss what constitutes workplace discrimination, and how to identify areas of discrimination, bullying, and harassment. Resources and remedies will be shared to help prevent and address discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
