• Parent Workshop

Join us for a hands-on session on simple ways to incorporate mindfulness and yoga into your time at home. Learn tools to bring inner calm and relaxation to yourself and your child to ease stress and anxiety and bring harmony into your life. This parent education session includes easy breathing techniques, calming tools that you can make at home, mindful movement activities, games for connection and relaxation and tips for more restful sleep for the whole family. Attendees will receive a workshop booklet filled with ideas, tips and resources.

NOTES:

– This parent education session will be held online through the Zoom platform.
– You will need access to a smartphone, laptop, tablet or computer with a camera and audio capabilities to join us.
– A link will be emailed to you the day before the parent education session. Please click the link ten minutes before the session begins to join in. Further instructions will be included in the email.
– Certificates of attendance will not be given for this parent education session.
