Creating Community with Your Families

The goal of this workshop is for care providers to learn and understand that parents and families of the children in their care are important members of their communities. Therefore, it is essential that they feel welcome and honoured in the programs that their children attend. Attendees will learn different ways in which they can ensure their program and program culture reflects this.
