There is so much to explore in the natural world. This workshop focuses on rocks, sand, salt and water, introducing a range of hands-on nature science that can take place in your setting or outside in nature. We will also spend time teasing out the science concepts of each activity and discuss ways to encourage scientific literacy in young children.
Big Science for Little Hands is a resource designed specifically for educators of children aged 2 to 5 years.
