Newton Family Resource Program

Welcome to Newton Family Resource Program! We offer an informal program for parents, caregivers, grandparents and children under the age of 6. Our goal at the drop in is to provide families with a comfortable environment where caregivers can enjoy quality time with their children away from the demands of home. There is the opportunity to meet other families and share in the joys and challenges of raising children in our busy world. We have monthly visits from the Infant Development Program, public health nurse, and children's librarian. We can provide you with community information and resources, and assist with child care referrals. There is the opportunity for children to socialize and make friends, play with a variety of toys, and participate in a variety of art, story and music activities, which are organized by our ECE qualified staff. Snack is provided at each drop in.

Our program is free; however, we gratefully accept any cash donations. Donations of $20.00 or more will be issued a tax deductible receipt. We also gratefully accept donations of any children's craft supplies or other program supplies.
