Mobile Child Minding
Mobile Child Care Services: Child Minding (formerly Mobile Child
Minding) is an on-site service for non-profit community parenting programs, workshops, support groups, and community kitchens, where child minding is needed. We provide a safe, inviting and fun environment for the children to play in while their parents are attending their group.
Our staff are Early Childhood Education, Learning and Care trained and possess First Aid and CPR certificates. We provide structured activities as well as free play. Structured activities include arts and crafts, circle time, story time and snack times.
Free bus tickets are available where clients need help with transportation to and from the program. This service is available throughout Surrey, White Rock and Delta. Free service hours are scheduled for high priority parenting support services and are funded through the
Make Children First Initiative (Ministry of Children and Family Development) and the
United Way of the Lower Mainland, Success by Six. Mobile Child Minding services are also available through a fee for service arrangement with local organizations and community groups.
