In this workshop we will explore the importance of learning through play in the early years and how to effectively communicate this to parents. There seems to be more and more pressure from parents to have their children in earlier formal school type settings and a pressure for providers to meet this request in a more traditional way. This workshop will leave you feeling settled that the science of early childhood shows us that the learning needs of young children are best met in a playful way!
