Early Childhood Resource Library

Child Care Options’ Early Childhood Resource Library is designed especially for family child care operators, early childhood educators, and child care students.

Our extensive collection of early childhood programming materials and children’s books; manipulatives; activity and theme boxes; learning and infant/toddler equipment will enhance any early childhood program. The library focuses primarily on the infant and preschool years and has a growing collection of resources for child care business start-up and operation. A selection of article files and big books are also available for copying on site.

Library subscriptions are available FOR AN ANNUAL FEE to individuals in Surrey, Delta, and White Rock who are employed in a registered early childhood program.  Call or drop by for more information or a library tour. To apply for a subscription, please make an appointment to ensure staff availability. Your subscription appointment will include a 30 minute library introduction.

Subscribers may borrow a variety items at one time and may reserve selections up to three months in advance, depending on availability. To make a request, please telephone (604-572-8032 ext 232) or e-mail the library. Library staff will respond to your request as quickly as possible.
